Victor Wood Products manufactures new wood pallets in Baltimore, MD. Every pallet is built fresh — no recycled or repaired material. Whether you need standard 48x40 GMA pallets in volume or a custom size for specialized equipment, we build to your specs and deliver locally.
We are a manufacturer, not a broker. Your pallets are built at our facility at 7700 Rolling Mill Rd in Dundalk by our own team. That means quality control at every step and turnaround times that keep your operation moving.
For customers shipping internationally, we manufacture ISPM-15 heat treated pallets that comply with international phytosanitary standards. Our certification covers export to over 180 countries, including all major markets in Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
Pallet Types We Build

Stringer Pallets
The most common pallet type in North America. Two-way or four-way entry, built with three parallel stringers supporting the deck boards. Available in 48x40 standard and custom dimensions. Ideal for warehouse racking, distribution, and general freight.
Custom Size Pallets
We build to any dimension your application requires. Oversized pallets for heavy machinery, half-pallets, narrow pallets for tight storage configurations — tell us your load dimensions and weight requirements and we'll build the right pallet for the job.
ISPM-15 Heat Treated Pallets
Required for international shipments. Our heat treated pallets are processed to 56°C core temperature for a minimum of 30 minutes per ISPM-15 requirements, then stamped with the IPPC mark. Essential for export via the Port of Baltimore. Learn more about ISPM-15 →
Heavy-Duty Industrial Pallets

Southern Yellow Pine (SYP) — Our most common stringer and deck board material. High strength-to-weight ratio, widely available, and cost-effective for most pallet applications.

Hardwood (Oak, Maple) — For high-load applications or customers requiring maximum durability. Hardwood pallets hold up better under repeated forklift cycles in demanding environments.

Heat Treated Lumber — All ISPM-15 pallets use heat treated lumber processed to international phytosanitary standards. We handle the treatment and stamping — you get a compliant product ready to ship.
